WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup
Deliver at your Premises within India
In store pickup is available for All Purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday from 11
am to 4:30 pm IST. An Email confirmation will be sent to you when your order will be ready for
pick up
We will dispatch your order from 2 days to 3 months subject to stock availability. (Advance
received if any shall be refunded in 7 to 14 working days in case of stock unavailability for
reasons beyond our scope)
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third party supplier may be managing our
mentory and will be responsible for shipping your products
We offer free Standard shipping on all orders
Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items
Orders are only shipped on business days, which are Monday to Saturday
Shipments to Army addresses require additional processing delivery time
Shipments falling under ODA locations require additional processing delivery time

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you
of a revised estimated date for delivery
