In Some Cases if the product is custom made or we manufacture it on order to order basis there is no way to cancel the order. You can check the details with PBR.

❌ No, delivered orders are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

✅ Yes. PBR may cancel your order if:

  • It’s suspected to be fraudulent
  • It’s not in line with our Terms of Use
  • The item is out of stock or discontinued
  • There are delivery/logistics issues

💸 Yes, after deducting processing charges.

In Some Cases if the product is custom made or we manufacture it on order to order basis there is no way to cancel the order. You can check the details with PBR.

🔁 In that case, the excess amount will be refunded after deducting applicable processing charges.

⚠️ No. Refunds will be processed after deductions (processing, packaging, and transportation charges).

⏳ We process refunds quickly, but we don’t guarantee how long it takes to reflect in your account.

 PBR is not responsible for transit damage. No replacement, refund, or return will be provided.

📍 If undelivered due to incorrect address/pincode, a refund will be issued after deducting two-way shipping, packaging, and processing charges.

🚫 If you reject the delivery, two-way transport charges will be deducted from your refund.

🛑 In that case, neither PBR nor the courier will be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.

You can choose from two options:

  • In-store pickup (Mon–Sat, 11 AM – 4:30 PM IST) 🏢
  • Delivery at your premises anywhere in India 🇮🇳

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days to 3 months, depending on stock availability.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders 🎉.
